Oregon Take Two

Our last weekend in Oregon we headed up the Gorge and into Washington (breaking the side ladder on the RV as we crossed the world's narrowest bridge thanks to construction!) so the boys could do some sturgeon fishing in the Columbia. While they all reeled in several fish, none of them were big enough to keep, so mom's worries about cooking 50+ lbs of fish in the RV were for naught. After the boys' departure at an uncivilized hour, we ladies were faced with an exhausting day of relaxation.

The ladies' strenuous day, hosted by Sunnyside Vineyards-thanks T&L!

  1. Great fun to see your family photos. Wish I could have seen you but I know these trips are short and packed... and I am sure you had a great time. But how much wine does it take to make RV living comfortable? Thanks for keeping the blog alive!

    1. Just the one! Their RV is surprisingly roomy, even with the 6 of us!

  2. That already seems like forever ago, doesn't it!? That was a great trip! And Carolyn, the RV is completely wonderful! Especially with our own "quarters" in the garage! What makes it crazy in the out of control DOG that comes too, sorry everyone, she's a camping dog! Leslie, come back this summer and we will do it again!!! Well, unless you have a trip to Bali planned
:)! Oh and by the way, I am still gagging over that turtle. Would it be completely rude to say "no thank you"??? I guess since you are there you have to try everything...but sorry, ewwwww! You are brave!
